Scope of Services of Venue Rental

Venue shall provide Clients with the following for their event:

• Use of the Event Space
• 4 metal barstools at 30 inches
• 4 metal bar stools at 24 inches
• 4 30-inch round cocktail tables with black covers
• Ceiling theatre lighting and 2 ceiling-mounted disco balls
• In-house Sonos speakers
• Access to air hockey, hoops, and arcade games.

• Use of the Lobby area
• Access to the Bar area plus fridge/freezer
• Use of the popcorn machine with four popcorn refills
• 3 adjustable height bar stools
